The orders that received by www.florya-flowers.com.tr warrantied for delivery to receiver.
However, if the order can not be delivered tı the receiver by informing you products can be delivered to another person or to the receiver.
Shipping Cost
Orders to the Bursa city doesn't need to pay any shipping cost.
For international orders; you don't need to pay shipping cost for city centers but if products will be delivered to outside of city center the shipping cot changes according to the distance.
If receiver is not at the address
If receiver can not be found at the delivery address our company connect to the orderer and after his/her approval;
i. The products can be taken from our company
ii. The products can be delivered to a third person
Delivery Hours
Orders can be delivered from 09:00 to 21:00 everyday.
Special Days Delivery
Your special days orders will be delivered in that special day but for not having any delivery problem please inform us your order 1-3 days before that special day.
